Support for Clients and Families

At Alchemy Services, we know that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times. To provide deeper emotional and therapeutic support, we offer a counselling service for clients and their families with Emma, our warm and experienced counsellor.

About Emma

Emma is an ACA (Australian Counselling Association) registered counsellor, bringing professional expertise, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach to every session. She is skilled in working with children, young people, and adults, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where individuals and families can explore their concerns, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

How Counselling Can Help

Emma supports clients and families to:

  • Navigate the impacts of trauma, stress, and change.

  • Strengthen family communication and relationships.

  • Build emotional regulation skills.

  • Manage anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges.

  • Explore self-identity, confidence, and personal growth.

  • Develop coping strategies for daily life pressures.

Our Approach

  • Client-Centred: sessions are tailored to the needs and goals of each person or family.

  • Safe and Confidential: a supportive environment where voices are heard and respected.

  • Holistic Support: counselling can be combined with mentoring and respite services to create wraparound care.

Accessing Counselling

Counselling sessions with Emma are available by appointment and can be accessed through NDIS funding, private payment, or referrals from case managers and support coordinators.

In short: Counselling at Alchemy Services offers a safe space for clients and families to be heard, supported, and empowered, guided by Emma’s professional care and ACA-accredited expertise.
