Character comes from an acceptance, understanding & love of self. Character is something that can be learned and practiced with the support of a great mentor.

Establishing authentic connections with others helps to build a connection with self. From a connection with self comes confidence, competence and emotional intelligence.
Fostering Communication
Communication is more than words. In fact, all behaviour is a form of communication in every moment. By understanding language patterns and recognising behaviours as communication, we are empowering the client to understand, find acceptance and foster authentic communication for steps towards independent success.
Cultivating Compassion
Alchemy Services believe when we understand ourself we have more compassion for another. Cultivating compassion is an important aspect of all mentors to model to the clients for in the moment learning.
